Overview
At Heavyweight Menswear, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, and only ship in the united states. We are working on expanding internationally
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take pride in the quality of our packaging and carrier partnerships. However, if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Lost packages: We will open a carrier investigation and, once confirmed, issue a replacement or full refund.
• Stolen packages (marked as delivered but not received): We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
• Damaged items: Please send photos of the damaged product and packaging to [hello@heavyweightnyc.com] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Heavyweight Menswear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [hello@heavyweightnyc.com]. We can update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
